Where are the clothes made?

South Korea is a manufacturing hub known for precision. You can feel the quality and pride that goes into every stitch in our product. In addition, South Korea has very strict environmental and labour laws, which helps us keep to our core mission of creating conscious clothing you can feel good about purchasing. All our Korean brands are KC certified for guaranteed safety and quality for children and babies.

This is our registered office address. Please contact us if you would like to make a return for the address of our warehouse.

Returns will not be accepted at our registered office address.

How long does it take until I receive my items?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours after we have confirmed your order. See our shipping policy here.

How much is delivery?

We ship internationally so this depends on where you are. You can see our shipping policy here.

What countries to you deliver to?

How do I choose a different delivery address?

In checkout you choose your shipping address and here it is also possible to use a different billing address.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm that it's on its way. Orders are traceable from when they are shipped, you can check its progress in the delivery confirmation email. 

Tracking information for standard 48h can sometimes take up to 24hrs to be available. 

What happens if I am not at home when you deliver my order?

If you are not home when our courier attempts delivery, or if the parcel don’t fit through the letter box they will leave a note telling you where you can collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held there for 18 calendar days.

I am missing an item on my order

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.

If an item in your order is missing, check your emails to see if we have sent you information about an item was out of stock. If out of stocks occur we will send you an email to inform you about this. If this happens, no payment of these goods is taken. The delivery note will state which items are in this part of your order. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything. If something is missing and you have questions please contact us.

Do you practice part delivery?

OOYOO does not apply partial deliveries. An item that is sold out will be cancelled from your order and will be credited from the total amount and removed from your order. If this happens, we will send you an email that inform you about this. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google pay. If you would like to pay by another method, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

What is your returns policy?

OOYOO hopes that you as a customer will always be satisfied with what you order, but in case you have a change of heart we have a 14 day return policy, starting from the date of receipt.  Read more about our return policy here.

How will I be refunded?

The refund will be made through the original method of payment.

Do I need to pay for my return?

Yes you will need to return the item at your own cost. Our returns policy may be viewed here.

How do I get informed about my return?

We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 3-5 working days. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible but during busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods. If you think you return has been missed, please contact us using the form opposite.

How do I buy an item that is shown in photo but not in stock?

We operate with sustainability in mind and ensure not to over order our store inventory . We limit the amount of stock we order so we do not end up with a warehouse full of unsold product.

Attach an image of the item and size you require.  We will try our best to help source this for you.

I have a suggestion for you

We are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Drop us a note using the form opposite and we are ready to listen. 

Can you send my item as a gift?

Of course!  Drop me an email once you have ordered with your message and we'll hand write and wrap your products with extra care. 

We never put price information into the box.
